GRADUATION CHECKLIST

Graduation is May 8, 2010!

Check your Grace email often for updates.

1. PARTICIPATION:
              Participation in Baccalaureate is required.
              Participation in Commencement is required.

• If a legitimate conflict exists, you must submit a signed, dated, written request to the Academic Dean's Office for approval by March 1, 2010.

3. ANNOUNCEMENTS Order Online:

• Announcements may be ordered directly from Graduation Resources via their online order form. Orders must be placed 4 weeks before Commencement in order to receive them in time to mail them out. They will be mailed directly to you.

4. CLASS RINGS AND DIPLOMA FRAMES Online Orders:

• Class rings by Jostens: Go to www.shopjostens.com to design and order your class rings. There are many rings to choose from and you can see your finished design right away.
• Diploma Frames may be ordered from www.diplomaframe.com  They have some beautiful frames with the Grace Seal, specially designed for you.

5. SENIOR LUNCHEON AND PRESIDENT'S BREAKFAST:
You will receive an invitation for both of these events.

• Reply (RSVP) for Senior Luncheon here.
• You will be allowed 3 free tickets (yourself and 2 guests); each additional is $13.00 per person, to be paid before the event.

• Reply (RSVP) for President’s Breakfast here.
• 1 free ticket (for yourself) - any additional will be $8.50 per person to be paid before the event

Students alone assume the responsibility that all requirements are met prior to the deadline for graduation. Please refer to your catalog and program plans for graduation requirements, and meet with your advisor.

Fees 
A $200 graduation fee will be added to your account when you apply for graduation, which includes your Regalia. You will be required to pay this even if you do not participate in the graduation ceremony.
